RISK DISCLOSURE

National Futures Association (NFA) guidelines require that we inform our students of the risks associated with trading currencies.

All trade ideas and included information in this and all SolomonFX Training courses are intended as educational material to assist you in planning your own trades. Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

The student should be aware that SolomonFX does neither promise or guarantee that a student will in fact become a profitable trader with any product. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and you should therefore not trade any monies that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

REFUND POLICY FOR CURRENCY TRADING SCHOOL LIVE, CTS ON DEMAND, WEALTH BUILDER PROGRAMS

Due to the intellectual nature of the material discussed in any and all Currency Trading School and Wealth Builder sessions, SolomonFX retains a No Refund policy once the student has received online access or attended the Currency Trading School or Wealth Builder session they paid for. Refunds for those who have paid in full and were not able to attend their live session will be refunded at 50% of the original cost. Deposits are non-refundable. However, SolomonFX will seek to accommodate prospective students who have already paid by applying their full payment to the next available training event.

Student Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is entered into as of the initial access date to CTS OnDemand by and between the Student (hereinafter "Recipient") and SolomonFX, LLC, (hereinafter "Discloser") by way of electronic signature.

WHEREAS Discloser possesses certain ideas and information relating to currency (FOREX) trading that is confidential and proprietary to Discloser (hereinafter "Confidential Information"); and the Recipient is willing to receive disclosure of the Confidential Information pursuant to the terms of this Agreement for the purpose of trading (FOREX) currencies on Recipient’s personal accounts;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration for the mutual undertakings of the Discloser and the Recipient under this Agreement as it applies to the Discloser agreeing to disclose the Confidential Information and the Recipient agreeing to receive the same, the parties agree as follows:

Confidentiality. The Recipient agrees to the following:

Not to use or manufacture the Confidential Information in any way, except for the purpose set forth above.

To use its best efforts to prevent and protect the Confidential Information, or any part thereof, from disclosure to any third party.

To take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons.

Ownership of Confidential Information. Recipient agrees that all Confidential Information shall remain the property of Discloser, and that Discloser may use such Confidential Information for any purpose without obligation to Recipient. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting or implying any transfer of rights to Recipient in the Confidential Information, or any copyrights or other intellectual property protecting or relating to the Confidential Information.

Limits of Obligation. The obligations of this Agreement shall be continuing until the Confidential Information is deemed no longer confidential by the Discloser. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by Discloser, and its successors. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, and understandings. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.

If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to effect the intent of the parties. The failure to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be a waiver of rights.

By electronic signature the Recipient has agreed and thereby executed this agreement effective as of the initial access date to CTS OnDemand between the Recipient and the Discloser.
