“No one is born knowing how to trade, it is a matter of education.” At SolomonFX we see the potential of each student and provide the resources to help them achieve their individual goals in trading. We recognize that each individual that sits with us is may have different goals for their life. Some are looking for an additional source of income by trading their own funds while others are looking for a new career as an account manager trading other people’s money. Regardless of their long term goals, the first key to success in trading is education.

The Apprentice Program was designed to discuss advanced topics pertaining to trading whether the individual is looking to trade personally or institutionally. The curriculum begins with is a gathering of topics and tools relevant to advanced traders and then offers them the opportunity to progress as far as they would like in the path of becoming an account manager with SolomonFX. Our program is a ten month program (minimum, depending on student) that begins with 3 months of instruction and education. The student will receive additional strategies, indicators, techniques and trading models which they can use to further enhance their personal trading. Group trading begins during the second month and allows students to work together reinforcing the rules and strategies of successful trading among themselves. Results are critiqued and discipline is reinforced during these intensive times.

Months 4 and 5 are set apart to test the skills of the students individually for the possibility of being considered as a trader for SolomonFX. Each week the student will focus on 2-4 strategies with the goal of showing profitable results using the strategies and tools they have learned. This period ends with an online final exam.

The next two months are set apart for the student to take a demo account and show profitability. This is the beginning of the track record that will be used to market their fund. After showing two successive months of profitability the student will proceed to trade real money.

The last three months are the most exciting as the student will deposit a small amount of real money in order to begin the creation of a real money track record. This will solidify the marketability of their results of their trading model’s performance.

Once three consecutive months are completed showing gains each month we promote the student to an account manager and begin marketing their fund. They will be promoted by way of being posted on our website, email campaigns, trading expos and more. Account managers will enjoy the benefit of not having to interface directly with investors, be responsible for advertising or maintaining a website for their fund. In addition, SolomonFX will be the first to invest in the traders fund with additional capital.

SolomonFX apprentices are monitored and coached throughout the entire process. There is no obligation on how far you wish to go in the program. Stop when you need to and pick it up when you can. We are here to help you achieve your goals as a trader.
